DJ Stenson is a dynamic abstract artist whose work explores emotion, energy, and movement through bold color, layered textures, and expressive mark-making. Her intuitive approach to painting allows the subconscious to guide each piece, resulting in compositions that feel both raw and refined. Whether working on canvas or paper, Stenson’s art invites viewers to connect with their own interpretations and emotions, making each experience deeply personal and evocative.

My objective creating art is to present visual integrations of objects I see and imagine. These will be presented on watercolor paper or cotton-linen canvas in two (2) and three (3) dimensional formats. My work consists of watercolors, watercolor-collage, mixed media, oils and oil-collage. I like to present to the viewer just enough content to capture a mood or emotion, whereby I’m more of a minimalist creating impressionist landscapes and contemporary abstracts paintings.

Robin Le’s paintings have evolved from expressive portraits of women and animals, portraying their strength and beauty, to her recent series of abstracts, which are strongly influenced by nature. Her process involves several intuitive mixed media layers often with refinement in oils, while striving for an abundance of movement, depth and a deeper investigation of textures and colors.
