New Hartford Artisans Guild invites artists to submit work for 1:11 — The Magician, an exhibition exploring new beginnings, transformation, possibility, creation, and the moment when something begins to change.
Inspired by The Magician (Tarot Card I)—a symbol of manifestation, creative power, intention, and having the tools to create what comes next—this exhibition asks artists to consider:
What does it mean to begin again?
We welcome artwork that explores personal transformation, new chapters, fresh starts, creative awakening, reinvention, possibility, intuition, risk, discovery, or the quiet moments that mark the beginning of something new. (So pretty much anything!)
Interpret the theme literally, metaphorically, personally, or abstractly. All mediums and artistic approaches are welcome.
Artists are encouraged to submit work that invites viewers to pause, reflect, and consider the transformative moments—both large and small—that shape our lives.
All artists 18+ welcome. All mediums welcome.
